With extensive experience across commercial property management, leasing, and portfolio oversight, Alan brings a practical, hands-on approach backed by strong industry and financial acumen. Over the years, as a banker and a commercial property owner he has worked closely with landlords, tenants, contractors, and investors, managing everything from lease preparation and compliance to complex negotiations and dispute resolution.
